Swiftel prides itself in offering multiple high-quality services to the Brookings community. We are excited to announce that we are updating your current video services. This TV service upgrade is another example of our promise to you, our customers, to continue offering the latest and greatest TV, Internet and Phone service to our community.

If you are currently subscribed to our Digital Video Recording (DVR) service, this update requires resetting your DVR.  Unfortunately, your current DVR RECORDINGS and SCHEDULED RECORDINGS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE after this update.  We apologize for this inconvenience and advise you to watch all of your recordings prior to this update.

Swiftel will be updating our video services for all subscribers during the time frame of February 13th – 17th, 2023.

New and Enhanced features included with our system upgrade include, but not limited to:

  • Compatibility with the MyTV app
  • Program Guide Customization
  • Improved Parental Controls
  • Network DVR – capability to record up to 4 TV shows at one time.
    • If you currently do not subscribe to our DVR whole home network services, this is a great time to add this feature to your video package!
