Forwards calls to another number if your line is busy. Changes are made by Swiftel Communications, and may be overridden by Call Forward.

CALL FORWARD DON’T ANSWER – $1.00/month
Forwards your calls to another number if your line is not answered within a certain number of rings. Changes are made by Swiftel Communications, and may be overridden by Call Forward.

CALLER RETURN $1.75/month
Allows you to return the last call that was made to your telephone.

CANCEL CALL WAITING $1.50/month
Allows you to make calls without interruption.

EXTERNAL CALL TRANSFER $3.00/month
Allows calls to be transferred to a third party. The subscriber bears the cost if the call
is transferred to a long-distance number.

HOME INTERCOM $1.00/month
Allows you to force your own telephone to ring in order to communicate with another extension on the same telephone line.

SPEED CALLING – $2.25/month
Program up to 30 speed call numbers.

ON-LINE MESSAGING $3.00/month
Provides message notification and the ability to check your voice mail messages
via your email program.

VOICEMAIL (RESIDENTIAL)  $6.00/month
Allows callers to leave you messages if you do not answer the phone, or if your line is busy.

One flat rate for in-state & out-of-state calls, and one bill for local & long distance service. No hidden costs, no hidden fees. Just great, reliable local customer care from a local company.
Base rate – $.14/minute
$250-$500/month – $.13/minute (7.1% volume discount)

$500+/month – $.12/minute (14.3% volume discount)
Rates apply any time of day, seven days per week in the U.S.
All costs are billed within a 30-second minute per call and rounded to the nearest whole cent.
Additional time is rounded up to the nearest 6-second unit.

PROBLEM SOLVER – $1.50/month
If you are having trouble with your services caused by your inside wire or jacks and our technicians diagnose that it is caused by your inside wire or jacks, we do the repair and you pay nothing for the service call. REPAIR CALL 611 OR 605-692-6211
