Learn a new skill with Chuck Bennis as he leads a class in Cartooning Mad Libs at the Brookings Arts Council. Participants will make crazy and hilarious cartoon characters, as well as have input on characters such as Robert Whale Firefighter, Ballerina Giraffe and Space Rocket Dog. Registration is required at a cost of $15. Limited seats are available.
